The COVID-19 pandemic completely changed our lives & personally for me, I never thought of the little moments that I always took for granted.

This photo book presents a collection of images I took in the past and brings a twist to alter the “normal” back then into the new “normal" through distortions using the scanner. These distortions were meant to convey the idea of how people are not outside or socially engaging these days & almost “vanished”.

This publication is inspired by a Korean ballad song, “Things We Took for Granted,” hence the title of this book.
