Meet ARTOPIA.

ARTOPIA is an art history app that allows users to discover the world’s greatest artworks and artists. From enjoying audio guided tours, to zooming into details of artworks in high-definition, to conversing with others about an artwork in open talk rooms, ARTOPIA offers a vast array of features to explore art, history, people, and wonders of our world.

 

My Role.

This was a personally-led project where I was responsible throughout the whole process from the ideation to the execution of the final prototype. I focused on all the aspects such as conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and developing the overall visual system for the app.

 
 
 
 

User Personas.

Based on the insights through the user research, I modeled those who want to learn about art history as my personas. I tried to clarify and specify the pain points, wants, and day in the life to bring the personas to life.

 

Mapping the Experience.

The task analysis & site map helped organize the different aspects across the app and the journey users will undergo based on the tasks.
